Dr. William J. Reckmeyer, Chairman - former Chairman of the Inter-National Research Institute (INRI), brings decades of high-level experience and leadership in government and in the corporate sector, especially in the high technology application industry. He is a graduate of the U.S. Military Academy (West Point) (BS-Engineering), attended the graduate school of Business at Stanford University, and completed his PH.D. at Ohio State University, with his Doctoral Dissertation 'Weapons Systems Management.'
Mr. Phil Midland, President - a retired U.S. Navy Captain and former U.S. Naval Attaché to China, brings over 20 years of professional experience, especially on issues related to East Asia. He has provided strategic level development consultation regarding China to several U.S. corporations on projects in the areas of electric power, telecommunication, media, energy, transportation, public health and environmental protection. He received his BS in Political Science and Mathematics from the University of Wisconsin, a MA in International Affairs from the Johns Hopkins University SAIS, and held a Federal Executive Fellowship in International Affairs at Harvard University.
Dr. Diane Xiaoai Chang, Vice-Chairman - as General Secretary of the Institute of Human Ecology, a Chinese non-government organization promoting sustainable development in China, she is a leader in bringing environmental and ecological policy development to China. She has provided guidance and consultation to several major international corporations and conservation organizations on major infrastructure development projects to ensure a positive trend in environmental protection. She received her BA from Hunter College in New York, and Ph.D. in Fine Arts from New York University.
